In preparation of the transfer, we coordinate all participating parties, prepare necessary documents and contracts and initiate the approval procedure with the supervising authority.


Technical implementation

All fund information will be entered into the systems of the new administration company. The new fund administration will be set up and controlled a month prior to the actual transfer. A comprehensive briefing familiarizes the investment manager/fund advisor with all systems and processes.


Transfer

On the effective date all necessary activities are handled by the new fund administration company and all participating parties are supported by FINACE BASE Capital.


Conception of investment funds
